Mayor Paul Pontieri and the Village Board announced an amnesty program in cooperation with Village Justice Patricia K. Romeo, for open parking tickets issued and returnable to the Village Justice Court. A 50% reduction will be accepted in full satisfaction for open parking tickets, with few exceptions, beginning July 1, 2020 and will run for 45 days.

“There couldn’t be a better time to provide this program to the community,” Pontieri said.

Payments will be accepted by bank check, money order and/or credit card. Credit card payments, for this program can be made at www.parkingticketassist.com/patchogue. Letters are being mailed out with information regarding open parking tickets. Any questions can be directed to the Court office, 631-475-2753 x2.

After this time period, penalties will be re-instituted by the Court, and all appropriate enforcement and collection procedures will be implemented.
