Suffolk County Legislature Presiding Officer Rob Calarco on Tuesday announced the complete restoration of funding to Suffolk County contract agencies in the Patchogue area, made possible by the passage of the American Rescue Plan.

Resolution 1199-2021 has allocated $71,268,670 from the American Rescue Plan to local Suffolk County agencies.

Entitles that will receive funding include: the Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts ($4,000), Greater Patchogue Foundation ($3,500), Patchogue Chamber of Commerce ($12,500), Medford Chamber of Commerce ($11,000), Patchogue Arts Council ($8,000), Patchogue Historical Society ($7,015), Patchogue Medford Youth Services ($24,903), Patchogue Medford Hall of Fame ($2,500), Brookhaven Homeless ($1,878),
