Families for Flags Winner

The Suffolk County News held a photo submission contest for the Fourth of July, “Families for Flags,” where our readers sent in pictures of their loved ones with Old Glory. The winners were asked what being American meant to their family. Our front-page selection is Tallulah, 2, whose family said, “Being American means freedom! Freedom to be who you are, and the freedom to pursue your dreams!”
